Seniz has a distinguished career spanning over three decades in multinational corporate environments in the Agricultural Industry. 

She has transitioned to a new chapter dedicated to coaching/mentoring individuals and teams and providing small business consultancy services since 2015. Leveraging extensive expertise in quality assurance, auditing, process improvement, change management, marketing, marketing communications, and career development mentoring/coaching.

Seniz is committed to empowering individuals and entrepreneurs with strategic guidance and mentorship aimed at unlocking their full potential and fostering sustainable business growth. Passionate about facilitating personal and professional development, she brings a wealth of practical insights and a results-oriented approach to help clients achieve their goals effectively. 

She has resided in Turkey, Belgium, Holland, Panama, and is currently living in Mexico.

With over 12 years of experience in the recruitment industry, both in agency and in-house settings, she has worked across various sectors, including tech, pharma, FMCG, food, and agriculture. Her extensive knowledge of the labor markets in the EU, LATAM, and the US comes from her long tenure in HR. 

Originally from Spain and now based in Mexico City, her strengths lie in facilitating insightful and meaningful conversations, offering valuable advice based on firsthand knowledge of the labor market.
