With over 30 years as inhouse and external human resources practitioner, Steve has extensive experience working with both public and private organizations, including multinational corporate and large organization covering various industries. Steve held executive positions including Department Head (for over 30 staff) and Senior Management Team.
Due to his rich experience in corporate human resources management and interest in coaching, Steve intended to develop a second career as a professional career coach who can inspire others to create positive change in their professional lives.
Knowing well the importance of formal coaching experience and qualifications, Steve has successfully completed the Professional Corporate Coach Certification Program (PCCCP) Professional Level – Module I & II by Institute of Innovative Corporate Coaching, Progress-U in early 2014, and successfully attained the professional qualification as RCC (WABC) in December 2014.

She has studied in Canada and France, holds a degree from ENSAM and has lived and worked in the US and major cities in Asia.
She is a certified NLP Master Practitioner, Ericksonian Hypnosis, and a Christopher Howard Master Results Coach. She has also practiced many years of mindfulness and is passionate in developing mental health and wellness; boosting creativity, decision-making and emotional well-being that are well reflected in the executive’s performance and results.
Virginia’s expertise is helping executives through their career challenges at different life stages, during corporate changes in management or redundancy, covering sectors of retail and service, sourcing and manufacturing, finance and consulting, technology and technical products.
